Coaching with Me
Coaching with me is a collaborative relationship, which means that we come together on an equal basis with a shared commitment to your growth. I know that you know yourself better than anyone else possibly can and you don’t need anyone to tell you what’s good for you.
I recognise your human value, I believe in your potential, and I know that the key to creating the life you want for yourself is through connecting with your innate wisdom and inner resource.
For me, there is no more important work than this in the world today.
The aim of my coaching model is to change your relationship with self-doubt. By learning to embrace self-doubt, rather than denying it or overcoming it, you will find a route to continued meaningful and sustainable growth.
My intention for this work is to give you the tools to create an ongoing practice. You will naturally learn to meet yourself in these moments of discomfort with compassionate curiosity rather than judgement and punishment.
I want you to know...
This is deep work. Clients are often surprised at how deep the coaching work can be.
This work is about facing your truths and accessing your inner resources. Sometimes those truths might be uncomfortable, but we can only get through them by acknowledging them. This is an important part of the process.
Throughout the coaching, we may touch upon some sensitive areas. When we reach sensitive areas, the most important thing to do is to trust yourself. It’s not about pushing, probing, seeking results or quick resolutions. When we meet these areas, we acknowledge them and we trust that what is being shown is what needs to be shown; no more, no less.
I am qualified with a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching in London. This course is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Association for Coaching (AC).
I want you to know that I have done, and continue to do, my own deep work through coaching, therapy, and supervision. I commit to my growth in the service of your growth.

You may be asking...
How will the coaching be delivered?
All my coaching is delivered through Zoom. Once we have agreed the date and time, I will send you the link to access the session. I will resend you the link on the day of the session so that you don’t need to hunt for it!
How will we agree to start?
Upon receipt of the pre-coaching questionnaire, I will contact you to arrange a free of charge, no obligation 30 minute Zoom consultation session to agree the way forward.
How will the five sessions be scheduled?
We will agree the schedule of sessions to suit your requirements. My coaching working hours are most afternoons, some evenings and Saturday daytime.
As a general guide, the first four sessions will be delivered on fortnightly intervals with the fifth session after a month. But we may decide to change this schedule depending upon the pace of coaching.
Are these sessions confidential?
Yes. The only time I will share details of our coaching is for the purpose of my supervision, but you will not be identified.
Please be aware that the Coach-Client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions) and thus communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognised privilege. I agree not to disclose any information pertaining to you without your written consent.
Whilst I take notes during our session, these are coded rather than named and I can always send you a copy of these if you wish to see them.
Why are you offering the package at half-price and how long is this offer valid for?
The coaching model I have developed is the result of two-years independent research including over 100 hours of one-to-one coaching.
The final package will include resources to facilitate the use of self-doubt as an ongoing practice for continuous growth.
I am in the process of writing a book, which includes case studies and methodology for embracing self-doubt, meeting yourself with compassionate curiosity, connecting with your inner resources, and finding a continuous route to meaningful and sustainable growth. When the book is ready for publication later in 2020, I will be raising the price of the coaching model.
How do I make payment?
I will invoice you for the five sessions after we have verbally agreed to work together. The payment should be made in full by bank transfer or PayPal in advance of the sessions. If you have difficulty paying the full amount in one go, we can agree to pay on a session by session basis, although the payment should be made 48 hours in advance of the session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once the sessions are scheduled, if you need to cancel then please notify me at the earliest possible opportunity. If notice is received more than 24 hours in advance, the session maybe rescheduled. With less than 24 hours’ notice the session will be charged. If I need to rearrange a session, I will give you as much notice as possible and we will reschedule for a mutually agreeable time. If you are late to start a session, the session will finish at the original agreed time.
At any point during the five session schedule, should you decide that you don’t wish to proceed with the coaching then we should agree this verbally and I will refund you in full for any sessions paid for in advance but not taken. Sessions already taken are non-refundable.
